📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
