📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on branch activities, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide goals and initiatives.,Attend and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of sales and customer service principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
