As a Lead Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle, from identifying procurement needs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the entire procurement process, including supplier identification, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Prepare and present detailed procurement reports to senior management.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align procurement activities with the company's business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
