📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, serology, and microbiology.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens using advanced laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopes.
• Interpret and report test results to physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain high standards of laboratory practice.
• Provide technical support to other laboratory staff and assist in training new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
