📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and counsel to the management team and board of directors.,Oversee the legal department, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage and lead a team of legal professionals and support staff.,Develop and implement legal strategies to support the business objectives.,Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.,Represent the company in legal matters, including court proceedings if necessary.,Ensure the company's operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Stay updated with legal developments and trends that may impact the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.,Proven track record in managing legal teams and providing strategic legal advice.,Strong understanding of Indonesian and Malaysian business laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.
