📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in store management or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
