📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work with the marketing team to develop product literature and promotional materials.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
