📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Prepare and store ingredients, including fresh produce, meats, and other food items.,Assist in the daily inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.,Help in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow all health and safety guidelines.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the head chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary training or certification is a plus.
