📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and supervise the staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Restaurant Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in inventory management and cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and supervising staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
