Cloud Quick Group is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Plan and schedule vehicle routes and deliveries, optimizing for efficiency and timeliness.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, coordinating with mechanics and vendors as needed.,Oversee driver performance, including safety, punctuality, and customer service.,Coordinate with logistics partners and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Handle customer complaints and issues related to vehicle performance or delivery delays.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic regulations and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
