In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and tracking.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Handle vehicle bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all vehicles.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Collaborate with the operations team to optimize fleet utilization and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
