Apotek Yoga Geprek is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure that our HR processes are efficient and compliant with Indonesian labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule subsequent interviews.,Prepare and maintain employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including filing and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
