📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and orders.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with industry standards, trends, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
