As a Partnership and KOL Specialist at The Beaute, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative partnership strategies. You'll work closely with our marketing team to identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) who can amplify our brand's reach. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic partnership strategies to expand The Beaute's brand presence
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, brands, and media partners
- Create and execute content collaboration campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
- Build and maintain a strong network within the beauty industry
- Attend industry events and trade shows to forge new partnerships
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance and industry trends
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management or influencer marketing
- Proven track record in building and managing successful partnerships
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for emerging trends
