📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.,Responding promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies, including accidents, thefts, and vandalism.,Maintaining and updating security records, including incident reports, visitor logs, and access control records.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the plantation.,Providing assistance and support to employees and visitors as needed.,Participating in security drills and training sessions to maintain and improve security skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field.,Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security officer certification or license is a plus.,Ability to use security equipment and tools, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.,Willingness to work on-call and during non-business hours as needed.
