📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the sales counter to ensure a welcoming and efficient customer experience.,Assist customers with product information, pricing, and purchase transactions.,Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and point of sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.
