📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Manage budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
