📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Create user manuals, guides, and other documentation to support our customers,Ensure accuracy and consistency in all technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
