📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Write and edit user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content,Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Review and edit documentation written by other team members,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience with software documentation or API documentation is a plus,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
