📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate with technicians and engineers to manage and allocate work orders and resources.
• Monitor and maintain workshop equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued development of our team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of workshop activities with overall production goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and components are procured and delivered on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of workshop operations and machinery.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
