📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons tailored to the needs and learning styles of individual students.
• Assess students' language proficiency and develop personalized learning plans to help them improve their English skills.
• Utilize various teaching methods and materials, including textbooks, online resources, and interactive activities, to create a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them identify areas for improvement and track their progress.
• Collaborate with other tutors and the teaching team to ensure consistent and high-quality tutoring services.
• Attend regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and educational trends.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns.
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, and maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards all students and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL) or a similar role.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Valid teaching certification or certification in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is preferred.
• Experience using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
