📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Manage general administrative tasks such as office operations, procurement, and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with senior management to address HR and administrative challenges.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Oversee training and development programs for employees.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the textile industry, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Experience in managing international employees or working with multinational companies is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
