As an Agent Operations Intern, you'll be at the heart of our operations, assisting in the coordination of educational programs, managing partner relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between our team and our global network of agents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the coordination and management of educational programs and events
- Support the Agent/Channel Management team in maintaining and growing our network of educational partners
- Manage and maintain partner relationship databases using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials for educational programs
- Coordinate with international teams to ensure timely and accurate communication
- Support the operations team in managing logistics for educational events and programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our educational programs
- Provide administrative support to the Agent/Channel Management team as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
