• Develop and deliver engaging tourism courses aligned with international standards.
• Design curriculum and learning materials to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Conduct workshops and mentorship sessions to support student development.
• Collaborate with industry experts to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.
• Assess and evaluate student performance to provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the tourism industry.
• Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Tourism Instructing or a similar relevant certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of tourism industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
