📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Support site supervision and quality control activities
- Conduct site inspections and document findings using BIM 360 or similar tools
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Assist in procurement processes and vendor management
- Participate in team meetings and project reviews
- Contribute to the development of project management best practices
- Learn and apply health and safety protocols on construction sites
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to different work environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations
