📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, waterpark, and recreation center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and safely.
• Develop and implement new recreational programs and events to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all equipment and supplies are in place for scheduled activities.
• Manage staff schedules and performance, ensuring that our team members are well-trained and motivated.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the resort's recreational facilities, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the resort's marketing team to promote and publicize upcoming events and activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to the clubhouse, waterpark, and recreation center, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recreation and event management, and implement new strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating recreational activities, events, and programs.
• Strong knowledge of facility management, including equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with resort management software, such as Opera, Cezanne, or similar systems.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
