📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and creativity.
• Ensure high-quality coffee is consistently made using professional coffee equipment.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and new beverage offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Assist in training new staff to uphold the high standards of our coffee program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
