📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement performance management frameworks and competency development programs.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Analyze employee data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to create and implement organizational growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
• Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.
• Proficiency in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of performance management and competency development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
