📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, milk-based drinks, and specialty coffee.
• Assist with food preparation and clean up to ensure the café runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and create a positive dining experience.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Follow café policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the café meets the highest standards of quality and service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in coffee preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, drip, and pour-over.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.
• Valid food handling certificate and ability to pass a background check.
