Maintenance Planner - Mining & Energy Sector

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules using SAP PM or similar maintenance management systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast maintenance needs and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage maintenance service agreements and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on maintenance activities and performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience with SAP PM or similar maintenance management systems.
• Strong knowledge of predictive and prescriptive analytics tools such as IBM Watson, SAP Predictive Maintenance, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
