📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize study tours to China, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
• Lead groups of participants, providing cultural and business insights during the tour.
• Coordinate with local partners and service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Manage participant registrations, payments, and communications.
• Conduct pre-tour briefings and post-tour evaluations to enhance future tours.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming tours and engage potential participants.
• Maintain detailed records of tour activities and participant feedback.
• Stay updated on travel regulations and safety protocols to ensure compliance and participant well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of experience in tour leadership, education, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Chinese culture and business practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain a visa for China.
